WHO WE ARE

MG Group is the trading name of Mr Gates Fabrication Specialists Limited, a family business founded in 2009 to manufacture automated security gates, architectural railings and automated security products. If you have worked with Mr Gates before, you are already an MG Group customer: same company, same team, same workshop; a broader name.

As relationships with our clients grew, so did our skill set. We expanded into architectural metalwork with a dedicated division, and today our in-house team of designers, surveyors, estimators and project managers takes every product from drawing to installation.

A leadership team added top-end industry expertise to what the founders started, and our committed teams now deliver for corporate and public sector clients across London and Hertfordshire. We are CHAS accredited, Constructionline Gold members, SSIP certified through Once For All Health & Safety and full members of the Door and Hardware Federation. Our Berkhamsted works also holds EN 1090 Factory Production Control certification for load bearing and welded structural steel up to EXC2. We are MG Group, Architectural Metalwork and Security.
